Refund policy

We have a strict no refund policy.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In case of damaged/defective product received a unboxing video(uncut/unedited) is required, without video refund request will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
