Cancellation Policy for Unitex Fashion

At Unitex Fashion, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our customers.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy (if applicable).
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

If your order is cancelled successfully before shipping, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
Any transaction charges deducted by the payment gateway/bank are subject to their policies.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
Repeated cancellations may result in your account being restricted from placing future orders.
