All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days
Remote areas: May take 8–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase value.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to track your order through our delivery partner’s website.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time:
Please wait 2 extra business days before contacting us.
If your order is lost in transit, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
Unitex Fashion is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Re-shipping charges may apply if the order is returned because of an incorrect address.
8. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged:
Please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
If you have already accepted it, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package and product.
