1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
Customized or made-to-order products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned without original tags and packaging
Sale or clearance items (unless received damaged or defective)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us with:

Clear photos/videos of the product (in case of damage or defect)

4. Return Pickup
If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
In case of damaged or wrong product, return shipping will be free of cost.
For other reasons (like change of mind), the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment
If paid via COD, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your bank or payment provider

8. Cancellation & Returns
Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after shipment are not eligible for cancellation but may be eligible for return (as per this policy).
